The PEBL Service and Maintenance Centre will provide all level of services and support for any products sold by PEBL to dealers as well as to customers who wish to be serviced directly by PEBL.
The 1st level of service and support includes:
- PEBL Service and Maintenance Hotline service to dealers and customers.
- Technical problem reporting and solving.
- Provides carry-in and/or on-site service to customers and dealers.
- Pre and post sales consultancy to customers and dealers in areas of expertise e.g. networking, integration, etc.
The 2nd level of service and support includes:
- Third-party electronic bench repairs for both warranty and Out-Of-Warranty, PEBL hardware products.
All products to be serviced are carried in the nearest PEBL Service and Maintenance Centre.
PEBL Service and Maintenance Centre business hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
All PEBL Service and Maintenance Centres has access to third-party comprehensive repair tool set and diagnostics tools to provide electronic bench repairs (up to component level trouble-shooting) for PEBLs and other peripherals and all electronic repairs are carried out with suitably qualified technicians and engineers.
Please contact PEBL Service and Maintenance Centre if you have equipment that requires repairs. We would be able provide expert advice on the feasibility of such repairs.

TEST AND CERTIFICATION
PEBL Service and Maintenance Centre maintains a Test and Certification Lab. Here, we test and certify third-party software and hardware for use with PEBL products.
These tested products are issued with our certification based on our findings are compiled/distributed via a request for reference.
