Thank you for shopping at PEBL. We appreciate you buying the products we create! We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, building and purchasing our products, whether you’re at thepebl.com, in a PEBL outlet, or on the phone with PEBL HQ.
(We’ll refer to these entities as “PEBL” in this policy.)
Standard Return Policy
We undoubtedly believe you will be enchanted with the products you purchase from PEBL. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to your identity. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased. *thePEBL.com sales excluded
- The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, PEBL Gift Cards, and any PEBL Developer Connection products.
- For returns to PEBL outlets for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $750, PEBL will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
- Should you wish to return ten or more of the same product, you must return to the PEBL outlet where originally purchased.
- In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, PEBL will offer you a PEBL Gift Card.
- Opened software cannot be returned if it contained a seal with the software license on the outside of the package and you could read the software license before opening its packaging. As an exception, you may return PEBL branded software if you do not agree to the licensing terms; however, you may not retain or otherwise use any copies of returned software.
- PEBL provides security features to enable you to protect your product in case of loss or theft. If these features have been activated and cannot be disabled by the person in possession of the PEBL product may refuse the return or exchange.
- PEBL will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for most hardware products. Hoewever, PEBL may refuse returns and exchanges in specific cases within 7 days.
- Shipping will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the return of the product and must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from PEBL by contacting +264 81 762 8379 or email@example.com.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 business days of the issuance and receipt of a valid RMA.
- Returns must include all original packaging, accessories and manuals, not have any missing parts or accessories (e.g, cables, manuals, driver disc) and be in a resaleable condition.
- If you cause damage to and/or modify the product, you void your right to return. PEBL will return such merchandise to the customer at his/her cost.
- Refunds/credits will not be issued until PEBL has received your returned product with a valid RMA and processed it accordingly. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
- Obtaining a RMA number does not extend your Return or Exchange time period.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
- If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- Products purchased from thePEBL.com using a PEBL Gift Card will be refunded to you as a PEBL Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you a PEBL Gift Card, please send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchange an item
If you purchased your item from a PEBL outlet, you can take it to any registered PEBL outlet for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to product availability. It's a good idea to check in-stock availability by calling a registered PEBL outlet, or by viewing the product on thePEBL.com to see if the item is available for pick up locally. Personalized items and custom-configured PEBLs may not be eligible for exchange.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online on thePEBL.com:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from PEBL, either online or at a registered PEBL outlet, can be returned to PEBL. PEBL products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- Opened software
- Electronic Software Downloads
- Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
- PEBL Gift Cards
You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.
Cancel an Order
You can submit a request to cancel your physical product order on the within 1-3 days the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Contact +264 81 762 8379 to submit a request to cancel your order.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped.
Orders contain both physical product(s) and software will be process separately as all software sales are final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item through third-party shipping services.
